This feature is available to users based on role.   Contact your site administrator if you would like to manage classrooms.

Click  to toggle between the Training Schedule and the administration menus.

The Manage Classrooms page allows you to:

  • create new classrooms links for Templates
  • sort classrooms by Name, URL or Template
  • search


To create a new classroom:

  1. If the classroom is not already listed, select Create New.

    Use the links at the bottom of the page to navigate through multiple pages of classrooms.


    The Add Classroom dialog displays.


  2. Insert the Classroom Name.  The Classroom Name must be easily identifiable by schedulers in order to add the classroom to a scheduled event. The Classroom Name is visible to students and instructors, so it must be user-friendly.

  3. Insert the Classroom URL.

  4. Select a template from the drop-down.

  5. Click Add to create the Classroom or Cancel to go back.
