If you are already logged in to one of our lab websites:
1. Click Help tab (at the top)
2. Technical Support Contact information specific to your lab will be displayed.
Each class receives specialized support available by email. To help us address your question quickly, please include in your email, or be ready with:
- The name of the course/lab you are participating in.
- The url/web site address of the lab site you are connecting to.
- The username and password you are using to connect to your lab.
- And, of course, the issue you need addressed.
