This article describes how to collect and submit System Checker information to Support.
This process is usually done after contacting Support and opening a support ticket.
Send System Checker Output to Support:
1. Run System Checker
2. Take a screenshot of your results. This can be achieved using the Print Screen button on your keyboard, or by downloading screen capture software such as Jing.
3. Attach your screenshot to the support ticket, or through e-mail when requested.
